Don't be fooled

Don't be fooled by ostentatious appearance and false sense of concern. We were treated badly for the sake of the bottom line/move people in move people out. Staff turnover is frightening.

Don't be fooled by the ostentatious appearances and fake concern. Our family (and loved one) were treated badly. All for the bottom line. A vicious people shuffle to maximize profit.
